All applicants to this program are expected to meet the following admission requirements:
1) A regionally or nationally accredited U.S. master's degree 2) A cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher 3) Have capability to attend residential workshops in Phoenix, AZ: 1st year - 8 days / 2nd year - 3 days / 3rd year - 8 days 4) Three years of professional full-time employment, including current or past employment in a health or health related occupation or leadership position 5) Three recommendation forms 6) A minimum score of 600 on the paper-based exam or 250 on the computer-based exam of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for non-native speakers of English.
