Central Coast CollegeFor over 20 years, Central Coast College has been preparing its students for entrance into specialized careers. With a strong emphasis on technical skills, community involvement, and professionalism, the school helps shape its graduates into sought-after employees who'll contribute to any organization that they choose to work for. The college's campus is located in Salinas, California, with training programs beginning every four to six weeks. Depending on which program you are enrolled in, it will take anywhere from 18 to 54 weeks to earn your diploma from Central Coast College.
In terms of its course offerings, the college trains students to become medical assistants, accounting specialists, pharmacy technicians, office administrators, medical billing and coding clerks, and hospitality and tourism professionals. Students attend classes throughout the year at Central Coast College, and some programs feature both day and night classes. Graduates of the school are also eligible for lifetime career placement assistance. In 2004, the school was able to place 80 percent of its students upon graduation.
