American Institute of Baking (AIB) International offers two intensive residence program at its Manhattan, Kansas, campus at the heart of America's grain belt and agriculture.

The 18-week Baking Science and Technologist course teaches bread and roll production, cereal chemistry, cake and sweet goods production, food safety and hygiene, and production management.

The 11-week Maintenance Technician course teaches electrical and mechanical maintenance, refrigeration, power transmission, PLC programming and more.
